Congratulations to Kayley from our Sainsburys class who lost over a stone for her recent wedding. Also to her mum June who lost over two stone and still attends every Tuesday evening determined to maintain her new fab figure. Best wishes for the future to Kayley from all her friends at Slimtone.
Several members from our Maesteg class have been pampering themselves last weekend on one of our regular visits to Champneys Health Farm. A total of 58 ladies had a wonderful time and all enjoyed the fabulous facilities and gourmet meals on offer. We have limited vacancies on the next visits which are 29th – 31st October and 17th – 19th November if you would like to join us. Also our Sunday visit on the 17th October is an ideal taster of what you can experience in one of the countries leading health hydros. If you are interested give me a call on 01656 870339,
We have lots of new recipes on our site www.slimtone.co.uk for May. If you have a sweet tooth the Weetabix cake is a firm favorite in the Slimtone classes.
Congratulations also to all our Maesteg members who are doing so well with their weight loss. We have several members who have lost two stone since joining in January and they all agree they are feeling fab. The weekly classes are held on Tuesday morning from 10.00am – 11.30 am and Thursday evening at 5.30 – 7.00pm. Come along and enjoy a coffee and see the secret of our success.

Congratulation to coach Paul Watkins and his supportive team of Maestg RFC players who this season have earned themselves the Division Two West championship winners with their well fought 39 -23 victory over Loughor
It now means that next season Maesteg RFC will be back into the first division and the club are looking forward to new supporters and exciting but fiercely contested games.
It was a jubilant squad who celebrated this victory in style, but the series celebrations have been put on hold until the ‘old Parish’ now win the League and the Plate.
‘come on the Parish’ lets see you in Division One next season.
